Profica welcomes Alan Dinnie to the Profica team, Alan brings with him 8 years’ experience as the Senior Manager of Property Development at the City of Johannesburg Property Company. Alan’s extensive knowledge of land management and development planning will complement Profica’s land development facilitation in both the public and private sector.
As a qualified town and regional planner and a project manager, Alan’s impressive delivery track record of over 20,000 capital subsidy scheme houses both in Johannesburg and Cape Town includes iconic developments such as the Orlando eKhaya and the Jabulani precincts.
