Exciting new wins for Profica’s global occupier services
Profica’s proven Global Occupier Services (GOS) experience in South Africa and on the African continent continues to enjoy upward momentum with as many as five new appointments by leading global companies that are refreshing and expanding their local offices.
The first is the appointment as full turnkey design and build managers for Oracle’s new 600m2 office in Cape Town. Another Cape Town-based project is for Amazon, who have recently appointed Profica to project manage the company’s new 3000m2 office space fit out. This follows on from a full technical due diligence on the property that was undertaken by Profica.
Still in South Africa, Profica has been appointed as the project manager for the fit out and refresh of one of Midrand’s landmark properties, namely the Vodacom World Retail Centre. The project involves a full strip out of the centre and refit to become the new information and technology hub for Vodacom. This is an incredibly exciting and challenging undertaking in that the centre will continue operating throughout the process.
A strong relationship with Booking.com continues into the second phase of the company’s office expansion in Nairobi, Kenya. Profica has once again been appointed as the full turnkey design and build managers on the project, which follows on from the first phase that was completed by Profica last year. And in West Africa, Profica is undertaking turnkey design and build management for the refurbishment of the Unilever offices in Lagos.
These appointments are a result of the hard work undertaken by Profica’s dedicated GOS teams across Africa in providing top quality fit outs and a commitment to building strong and lasting client relationships. … Profica’s teams are up for the challenge!
