Join Profica at the 2016 EAPI Summit, taking place from 6-7 April 2016. We’ll be hosting a networking cocktail function at 18h00 on 6 April.

East Africa’s leading real estate forum is taking place in the Radisson Blu Hotel, Nairobi – itself a Profica project. Profica has a permanent office in Nairobi, under the leadership of East Africa Managing Director Thierry Giannone, to support our growing business in the region. The outlook for East Africa’s property sector in 2016 is looking exceptional. The centre of gravity for growth has shifted with East Africa becoming the fastest growing region in Africa with its growth expected to accelerate from 5.6% to 6.7% in 2016. With the establishment of the first Income Real Estate Investment Trust (I-REIT) in East Africa which saw the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) give it the green light for listing on Nairobi’s Securities Exchange, East Africa’s property market will witness a significant boost.
