Kenneth Oigo joins Profica East Africa as Associate Director

Profica’s already-strong team in East Africa has just been given a further boost by the appointment of Kenneth Oigo as Associate Director of Profica East Africa.

Kenneth brings to the team a talent for handling diverse urban projects. This includes a specialisation in retail developments as well as strong expertise within the hotel sector and refurbishment.

Prior to joining the Profica team, Kenneth gained 13 years experience in property project management in senior positions with a focus on retail and hotel projects. Prior to this Kenneth was the senior project manager at Rendeavour Ltd Kenya, which is Africa’s largest urban land developer.

In Profica, Kenneth recognised a common vision geared towards a desire to deliver great projects that would leave an impression on the clients and the built environment. He says, “I was eager to join a company whose work is anchored on integrity, delivery on agreed scopes and dependability, as well as the drive to put in to practice professionalism in PM processes and systems. Overarching this, personally, is the ability for me to grow in my career at Profica, due to the exposure and nature of projects afforded to me.”

With heightened activity on hotel development in East Africa, Kenneth’s tried and tested abilities will prove an excellent support for Profica’s current and planned portfolios given that these include multiple and repeat projects for leading hotel operators and developers intent on investing in the region.
