Profica and CBRE partnership unlocks potential of real estate across Africa

Profica’s partnership with CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, first began over a decade ago when we signed a teaming agreement to represent the organisation in Africa. 

When CBRE and Excellerate formed a joint venture in 2019, known as CBRE Excellerate, it took the relationship between the companies to a new level. As Profica had already become part of the Excellerate Property Services group in 2015, CBRE Excellerate was now a shareholder in Profica and we became the exclusive Project and Development Services arm of the organisation across Africa. 

Four years of being an official part of the CBRE group has seen CBRE Excellerate and Profica’s joint market share grow exponentially across the continent.
