Profica expands its advisory services expertise in Africa
Profica teams provide technical advisory services to investors and lenders across Africa, based on years of experience in the various regions and across the sectors.
The Profica East Africa team recently served as the lenders technical advisor for TDB Bank for the potential new Radisson Blu Kampala Hotel in Uganda, providing advice on financial feasibility and market demand as well as technical due diligence on drawings, design, contracting and bills of quantities. Profica has provided lenders technical advisory (LTA) services to a number of other clients in Africa including international investors, DFI’s, private equity funds and debt funders.
