Profica involved in 5 big retail projects in Nigeria during 2013 – 2016
Profica’s project management and tenant coordination expertise played a role in the development of 5 major retail projects in Nigeria. Profica was the consultant project manager for the development of the 12,000m² GLA Festival Mall in Festac, Western Lagos, developed as a retail hub for all sectors in and around the Festac area.
Delta Mall, the first of its kind in the Delta of Nigeria, opened to the public in May 2015, with Profica providing project management and tenant coordination services for the 14,000m² Shoprite-anchored shopping centre in Warri, Delta State. In the same year, Profica assisted as the Tenant Coordinator during the late stages of completion of the Jabi Lakes Shopping Centre, consisting of 26,136m² GLA, in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory. The Asaba Mall was opened in November 2016 in the Delta state of Nigeria and Owerri Mall launched a few months later, a development of a 10,000m² GLA in the Imo State of Nigeria. #TBT #projectmanagement #retail
