Lesego Sithole is the friendly face at reception in Profica’s Joburg office. Focused on growth, she recently took on an administration role too. Lesego’s warm and professional manner creates a good first impression of Profica and our clients feel they’re in capable hands. Lesego’s kindness doesn’t end there, as she’s passionate about charity work and helping children.

What is your favourite part of working at Profica?
Profica has a vibey atmosphere. People are friendly and easy to talk to. And we have regular braais!

What has been the biggest success of your career so far?
I was pleased to be promoted to an administrator role and take on new challenges.

What really inspires you?
I’m inspired when I achieve the goals I set. I’m always striving to improve my skills, grow and develop within the organisation.

What do you believe you think you’re good at, outside of work?
I’m passionate about charity work. I love doing what I can for children in need.

What are the greatest challenges you’re dealing with right now?
Everyone’s greatest challenge – dealing with the Corona virus and adapting to what is the ‘new normal.’
