WHAT, IN YOUR VIEW, IS CRITICAL ADVICE YOU WOULD SHARE, OR KEY CONSIDERATIONS, FOR A CLIENT WANTING TO OPTIMISE THEIR WORKPLACE?
Creating flexible workspaces is a crucial way to optimise on space. Having an environment that can adapt to any function will ensure that every square meter is constantly used to its maximum capacity. Some dedicated spaces tend to be left unused for long periods of time.
WHAT ARE THE GREATEST CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES IN THE WORKPLACE SOLUTIONS ENVIRONMENT RIGHT NOW?
The greatest challenge at the moment is collaborating virtually. However, this can be the best opportunity considering that we work in various regions as a company. It needs to be seen as an opportunity rather than a hindrance. You can really reach far and beyond.
HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE THE INDUSTRY CHANGE IN THE NEXT TEN YEARS?
It would be great to allow people more flexibility. Sometimes one gets to a point where they do things routinely, because they are confined in one space every day. Allowing individuals to be flexible in terms of where they work can be greatly advantageous to a company. That’s where creativity comes in and one is able to provide smarter solutions, just from being in a different environment.

They are the most fearless women.
